How we handle quality
- Specification agreed up front. You receive the specification for the grade before you order, so incoming-goods checks have a clear reference.
- Lot-specific COA. Each delivery is matched to its certificate of analysis — assay, moisture, ash, heavy metals and microbiology.
- Traceability. Lot numbers and country of origin are declared, supporting your labelling and recall plans.
- Regulatory support. We supply the documents your regulatory adviser needs to confirm an ingredient's status under the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code for your product.
Questions
Do you send a certificate of analysis with every order?
Yes. Every lot ships with its certificate of analysis, and the lot number on the COA matches the packs you receive.
Can we have documents before we place an order?
Yes. The specification sheet, SDS and allergen and GMO statements are sent before you order so your QA team can approve the ingredient. Manufacturer certificates are provided on request.
Are your specifications guaranteed?
Specifications on this site are typical values. The binding values are those on the agreed specification sheet and the COA for the lot supplied.
